Founded in Atlanta
Aaria Holdings was established with a single conviction: that patient, research-driven real estate investment could consistently outperform the market. The firm launched with $1M in committed capital and two assets under management.
Navigating the rise and rise of real estate
While many peers invested sight unseen, Aaria deployed capital opportunistically during the boom years — acquiring distressed assets with high turnover values, the diamonds in the rough. All were turned around, stabilized and realized returns well above underwriting.
Expansion into Commercial real estate
Recognizing the structural shift toward e-commerce logistics, Aaria made its first industrial acquisitions in 2016/2017 — a prescient move that has since become the firm's highest-returning asset class.
The Covid Effect
Aaria crossed $20 million in assets under management, reflecting both strong investment performance and growing confidence in the firm's strategy and team.
